Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had some ups and downs. The rooms were indeed well kept and immaculate, but ended up being pricier than expected. The service had its highs with helpful recommendations but also lows with occasional rudeness. The location offered wonderful views but was undergoing renovations. Dining was a mixed bag with good quality but high prices. Facilities were adequate.
I stayed at this hotel and found the rooms to be large and very luxurious, although some had wallpaper peeling back. The service was friendly, even letting me park there. The location was a bit off, about 15 minutes from downtown Dallas and undergoing renovation. The dining looked delicious, but prices were a bit high. Despite some drawbacks, the experience was overall comfy and enjoyable.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room smelled like cigarette smoke initially, but they quickly moved me to a better one with a great view. However, there was a large wet spot in one area, which was a bit off-putting. Despite this, the room was overall clean and cozy.
